Pensiunea Dor De Munte was an unexpected gem we stumbled upon during our last-minute city break, and it turned out to be a perfect fit for our group of nine. Nestled just 500 metres from beautiful forest trails, the accommodation was wonderfully spacious, with each room boasting its own bathroom, allowing my companions to indulge in some much-needed privacy after a day filled with mountain biking and hiking. The outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities became our social hub, illuminated by laughter and stories shared around the campfire in the garden. The welcoming owners went above and beyond to celebrate a memorable birthday in our group, engulfing the experience with warmth—truly a reflection of the beautiful people we encountered here. Whether you’re after a weekend of adventure or simply craving respite in picturesque surroundings, this place is a true treasure.
